Was a former Manager of Edern and Epsilon security companies. He has been in the security industry for the past 14years and has various portfolios ranging from field operations to Administration. Both Epsilon and Edern security companies won several awards and recognitions over the years due to his hard work and dedication. Nana Sarfo believes in building his career in an organization, where he can get the opportunity to prove his abilities by accepting challenges, fulfilling the organizational goal and climb the career ladder through continuous learning and commitment.
WHe holds a Bsc in Administration from the central university college, he was the former General Manager of Intercon security, he also in charge of operations at Yutees security for a couple of years. He has over 11 years experience in the field. He has had the opportunity to manage several of the security companies notably G7security, Omega security among others where he left positive impact due to his loyalty and commitment towards work.
He graduated from the University of Development Studies with a Bachelor in Accounting and Management after obtaining his Higher National Diploma from Tamale Polytechnic.
He joined Lidra Limited in 1986 as store keeper; he was promoted in 1988 where he served as the General store keeper of the company from till 1991
He then moved to venture into his own business from 1991 to 1996 where he was self employed and managed his own business.
He again came back to Lidra Limited from 1996 to 2012 where he was the General Manager in charge of the company’s operations in Accra
From 2012 to 2015 he was the General Manager of Mafara Group Limited where he had the opportunity to oversee all the companies in the group.
From 2015 till now he doubles as the Managing Director of Undaglow Group Limited a construction company and the Chief Executive Officer of Kobga Ghana and is doing tremendously well.
Douglas Apeatu holds an HND from Accra Technical University and has served with a couple of companies over the years. He has also participated in some workshops such as:
• Improved performance and effective relationship in Vienna, Austria,
• Non immigrant Visa Issue and Computer service awareness of OPenNet plus Users with Foreign service Institute in Washington DC
• Customer satisfaction and communication skills and Fire and Life Safety Training from US embassy Accra
Douglas has also worked with several companies over the years where he had the exposure to ensure efficient management of resources and coordinating projects, he has worked with:
• The US embassy Accra for a period of 15 years as visa clerk, consular section where he was in charge of screening documentation, switch board telephone operations, translation into various languages
• The JJ’s enterprise as Manager; he served as manager for a period of 10 years where he was in charge of managing operations of the company in 2005, He again returned to JJ’s Enterprise in 2016 to serve as Head Security Coordinator for 3years
• Unik Klining and facility Management, he served as the general manager in charge of security for a year
Douglas has handled several projects in the field of security hence his position with Vertsen Security is to strengthen our security sector.
Hayde Araujo graduated from the Universidade do Estado do Rio Janeriro (UERT) with a BSC degree Administration and Marketing. She founded her business consultancy service in management, marketing and investments she has a lot of experience, with about 20years experience in her field. She has consulted for business across West Africa, such as oriental energy resources, MTN, Odebreight, Zoomlion, Alma energy etc.
She is currently the Business Development Manager at Vertsen Group Ltd, responsible for strategy and planning.
He hold a Bsc in Business Administration, Marketing option, he was a former military trainee from Ghana Armed Forces where he experienced practical training in Counter Terrorism Protection. He has over 11 years experience in the private security industry. He is very familiar with security operations as he has served couple of the security companies in similar position as well as training positions.
Emmanuel Ohene Addo is the Human Resource Executive. He holds a Bsc Human Resources Management and Professional Diploma in Marketing with Chartered Institute of Marketing (U.K.). For the past 8 years he has gained practical experience in the private security industry with a combined background in Human Resources and Operations. He is a strategic thinker and gained experience from working with G4S Security for 8 years. He is multi talented, multi-skilled and confident. Emmanuel has the passion for delivering sensible, pragmatic HR solutions for today’s progressive organisations.
He is determined, not afraid to challenge the status quo, but equally appreciative of the constraints that ascetic times have place on organisations. Emmanuel comes on board to set its direction and strategy, and support the organisation to achieve them through pro-active, thoughtful, fit for purpose HR solutions. He is experience with Payroll, compensation and benefits administration and employee engagement.
John Asiedu holds a Bsc in Security Management and other security related certificates. He has worked with Vizico security as their trainer for a couple of years after moving from Edern Security where he served as Area manger and Westech security where he served as Training Assistant. He also worked with Sec point security and Yutees security where he served as Security Supervisor and Area Commander respectively. John Asiedu is on board Vertsen security to impact his experience gathered over the years and we can testify of the commitment he has shown us so far.
